English Stonecrop Sedum anglicum
is a creeping perennial sometimes found at the edge of the Hainault Lake path in small mats growing up to 5cm high. The five-petalled flowers, 11-12mm across, are on dense leafy stems. The leaves, 3-5mm long, are fleshy and cylindrical. This plant is often associated with coastal paths.
