Hoary Mustard

Hirschfeldia incana

Hoary Mustard belongs to the Cabbage family. It features greyish-green leaves, which are deeply pinnately lobed with a larger terminal lobe. The leaves are hairy underneath. Long, glaucous-green, wiry stems, each support a cluster of four-petalled flowers at the top. The plant tends to grow in disturbed areas and can be found along Foxburrow Road kerbside from May to September.
