Coprinellus disseminatus

Fairy Inkcap mushrooms are small and initially have a pale, bell-shaped appearance. They typically grow in dense clusters on decaying organic material or wood debris on the ground. The caps have noticeable vertical grooves and turn greyish as they mature. The stems are slender, delicate, and hollow, with a whitish hue.
