Pearl Lacewing

Chrysopa perla

This blue-green species measures 10 to 12 mm in length and features black wing veins along with significant black markings on its head and thorax. The second segment of the antenna is black, and the abdomen has a black underside. A round pale spot is located between the eyes, which helps distinguish it from Chrysopa dorsalis, which has an oval spot.
